We’ve recently made some system updates to improve your online Store Space experience and need your help to complete the enhancements.  If you have an online account (or still need to set one up) we’re asking all our guests to enter some basic information and update their AutoPay profile (we’d normally do this for you, however, privacy and banking guidelines require your participation in getting this done).

Follow the easy steps below to update your online account and keep or add the convenience of our free AutoPay service. You’ll need your Unit Number and Gate Code to proceed. (Don’t have those handy? Call our Care Center at 833-786-7366.)

Easy Sign-Up Process:

   • Here’s how to create your account on a desktop or mobile device.

   • Visit storespace.com and select “Pay Bill” in the upper right-hand corner. This will take you to the MyStorage            Portal Page.

   • On the MyStorage Portal page, select your state, city and facility from the drop-down menus. 

   • In the Sign-Up column, enter your Gate Code and Unit Number, then click Submit. (Need a reminder? Call 833-786-7366.)

   •  The pop-up will prompt you to Register For A Store Space Account

  o Enter Your Email (the account to which this was delivered)

  o Select a Password (the password must have at least 8 characters, a letter and a number) 

  o Confirm Password (re-enter the same password)

  o Click Submit

   • You can now use your email and password to login. 

After you’ve Signed Up, keep (or add) the convenience of AutoPay by (re)entering your information. If you’ve never tried AutoPay before, now’s your chance to experience the hassle-free way to pay your bill so you never miss a payment!

Easy AutoPay Sign Up:

•    Visit storespace.com and select “Pay Bill” in the upper right-hand corner. This will take you to the MyStorage Portal Page.

•    On the MyStorage Portal page, select your state, city, and facility from the drop-down menus.

•    Login to your account by entering the email address and password (the one you just created) then select “Submit.”

•    Under login,

o    Select “Automatic Payment Settings” (on mobile, it’s the third icon from the left)

o    Select your unit number from the drop-down menu.

o    Select the “Enroll in Automatic Billing” box.

o    Enter your payment information.

o    Select the box to accept the terms and conditions.

o    Scroll, then select “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

o    Finally, you will also receive an email with a link requiring an e-signature.

o    Check your email and complete the e-signature 

o    You’re all set!


Q: Why do I need to Sign Up?

A: We’re working on system updates to improve the online experience for everyone, and this helps keep your information private and secure.

Q: What if I was already enrolled in AutoPay?

A: We’re asking all our guests to re-enter their info to use our AutoPay system.

Q: When is my bill due?

A: Your bill is due on the first of each month. If you already pay your bill online, it’s easy to add AutoPay to your account.

Q: What’s AutoPay?

A: AutoPay takes the worry out of paying your storage bill. It’s free, secure and takes just minutes to enroll by following the steps above.

Q: When do I need to complete these steps?

A: You can sign up and enroll whenever it’s most convenient for you. To have your next month's bill paid through AutoPay, please complete these steps before the first of the month.
