In this time of social distancing, it’s important to know that you have choices when it comes to how you rent a storage unit. We offer touchless rentals online or by phone for minimal personal interaction with our onsite management team. If you choose this option, we’ll contact you with an access-code and you go directly to your unit, where a high-security diskus lock will be waiting.
You’re free to come into our store (which is fully stocked with packing supplies, by the way) to complete your rental. Our friendly, professional managers can show you around, discuss your options, and answer all your questions—albeit from at least 6 ft. away, of course.
Our stores also have self-service kiosks so you can rent on your own with just a few clicks and swipes. Don’t worry, we clean all high-touch surfaces frequently!
Freedom to Choose
You also have the freedom to choose the size and type of unit you rent. Whether you are looking for yourself or your business, we understand the many reasons you might need a self-storage facility.
Personal customers are often limited by the space in their house or apartment, especially after reorganizing, moving or any number of “life events” like marriage, separation, the birth of a child, or retirement.
Professional offices often need offsite document storage. Shops and restaurants might need furniture or inventory storage. Contractors might need to store materials, tools or equipment.
Whatever your need, our storage facilities have a wide range of sizes and configurations, from small units starting around 25 sq. ft. up to 300 sq. ft. or more. We even offer secure vehicle storage at many of our locations.
Store Space customers also have the freedom to access their storage units seven days a week. Extended hours mean you can visit your unit as early as 6 a.m. or as late as 10 p.m., and we keep our stores open 7 days a week so you can talk with our managers, pick up more boxes and tape, or even pay your bill or rent a second unit.
And we also give you the freedom to choose your type of storage unit.
Many of our facilities offer premium climate-controlled storage units to help mitigate damage from hot and cold temperature swings, as well as excess moisture. Or, choose from the convenience of drive-up storage to load and unload right next to your car. Lastly, select indoor storage for added security and protection from the environment, at budget prices.
Freedom to Pay and Stay
Self-storage is often a temporary need, which is why we give you the freedom to rent as long as necessary with our month-to-month leases. No long-term contracts! This means that snowbirds don’t have to worry about theft or weather damage occurring in their winter home, or college students can travel abroad without paying rent in an apartment while their belongings are stored safely with us.
We also give you the freedom to choose how to pay. As an industry leader in online offerings, many people choose secure online payments with MyStorage Portal. We also offer the convenience of autopay, so you never miss a payment. But you can also choose from traditional invoicing methods including pay by phone, in person or via USPS mail. And of course, we accept cash, credit card or checks—whichever is most convenient for you.
