The former assistant manager, Daijanna, admitted to canceling a 10 x 50 square foot unit I had reserved, and she caused stress to both Lonese and I. I also commend Lonese Riley, the property manager at Store L051, as we were both stressed out because of Daijanna, the most recent, now former assistant manager, and we had a great misunderstanding because of her, but now, things are back to the way they were before Daijanna came in. Lonese has been very accommodating and helpful. The facility is clean, and because of her, the rudest issue is being resolved with Orkin Pest Control Service. The dumpster is outside, and everything is sanitary. I just rented a larger unit to consolidate two smaller units, and I am renting another large one to place two other smaller units into it in February. I thank everyone who enabled Lonese and I to have this wonderful relationship to have a smooth understanding after the nightmare with David Moy, the previous DM and Daijanna, the most recent former assistant manager. I had no idea until this week of the stress that Daijanna caused Lonese, as I thought I was the only one. Please keep Lonese at this L051 Store and please commend her. I already shared this with Michelle, the Vice President, who was at the facility this past week.

MILWAUKEE, WIStorage was broken into. The store called me after the fact. I filed my claim online and have yet to hear from someone from claims department. The stuff stolen out of our storage was large items but no one saw anything on cameras. And mice infested for sure. They keep going up on rates and have several break in the last month. I am waiting to hear from district manager David which said he was on his way into town to see what's going on. That was Wednesday I believe. This is awful

Milwaukee, WIBe careful people. Rent increases are STEEP. Two increases of $25/mo. Within a year. There are mice, but they do have traps out. Just make sure to enclose your belongings in mouse proof containers and you should be good to go! The staff has ALWAYS been very helpful. Finding your way around the inside is a freaking nightmare as there are no wayfinding signage. Got seriously lost just trying to locate the restroom. Floors are clean, no complaints with that. Just don't like the unfair HIGH rent increases. $5.00 is ok, NOT $25!!!

Milwaukee, WIInfested with mice. Manger and management team very complacent about the issue. Went there yesterday and 4 families were so distraught because there items were ruined. Found mice poop and dead mice in their units. We have Been there one week and now have it move out. Do not rent there.
