The best way to protect your items from this intense heat and humidity is with climate-controlled storage. These storage units circulate air to protect sensitive items such as furniture, antiques, electronics and paper.

Drive Up Storage Units

Drive-up storage is the most convenient way to access your belongings. Just drive in and pull up next to your storage unit. Roll up the door and you're ready to unload. These units are popular with anyone needing to access their unit frequently, including commercial customers.

Vehicle Storage

The need for vehicle storage can arise for many reasons, including HOA restrictions, need for security, city ordinances and so on. Fortunately, Store Space Macon has two options available for vehicle storage: drive-up units can be used for smaller and low-profile vehicles, while gated outdoor parking can be used for your larger RVs, boats and more.

Car Storage

Car storage in our gated, outdoor parking area is great for when you've got more cars than available space.

Motorcycle Storage

A single motorcycle can be stored in a 5x10 drive-up unit. Side by sides, three-wheelers and similar vehicles should be stored in 10x10 storage units or larger. For trailers and toy haulers, consider our gated, outdoor parking spaces.

RV Storage

Our gated outdoor storage can be used for  RV storage. Lower profile and smaller RVs such as teardrop trailers or pop-up campers can be stored in some drive-up units.

Boat Storage

Outdoor boat storage offers peace of mind for times when your boat’s not in the water. Drive-up storage can be used for smaller personal watercraft, such as jet skis, paddleboards, canoes and kayaks, as well as some small bass boats.

What we Like About Macon

“Where Soul Lives!” – Macon, Georgia. Here you can do everything from taking hike through ancient Indian Mounds to cheering on the Macon Bacon in a ballgame! Here is more information about Macon and a few of our favorite things to do in the city!

Past to Present

Founded in 1823, Macon was established on the banks of the Ocmulgee River. The city grew out of Fort Hawkins, which was a frontier fort established by the U.S. Army as a Native American Factory for trading and meeting with various tribes. The city was named for Nathaniel Macon, a beloved statesman.

Almost 300 years before the establishment of Fort Hawkins, the earliest Europeans including Hernando DeSoto ventured through the Macon area. Before this exploration, the Macon area and the Ocmulgee River basin were inhabited by several Native American tribes.

Today, Macon is a diverse city swirling with different cultures, Greek revival architecture, steep music heritage and a thriving art scene.
